What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Crew Leader position at Edgewater Landscape?
Manage a crew of 2 or 3 members on a weekly mowing route. We do a wide variety of commercial and residential properties. The crew leader is responsible for the overall appearance of each property as well as the manager of each individual working on their crew. Previous lawn crew experience is required. Position also includes optional seasonal operation of snow/ice removal equipment. Chauffer’s license and DOT medical are also required but can be obtained upon hire.
$18-$22/hr. based on experience.
Requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to work, and a cell phone. We offer competitive wages, 401k, paid vacation and holidays. Must have work authorization for the US.
