Assignment Length : Full Time (40 hours) : Summer 2024
Pay Rate : $20 / hour
Location : Cincinnati, OH Metro Area; remote work with some live meetings
Overview :
Business Insights is where innovation and technology intersect to create competitive advantage for EPC.
This role is responsible for 1) Designing, developing and delivering high quality business decision support to improve Sales effectiveness and drive EPC business performance, and 2) ensuring system accuracy / reliability and data integrity to instill Commercial Team confidence in "one source of truth".
Responsibilities :
- Business Analytics & Reporting
MS PowerBI is the reporting platform that brings information to life through visualization and visual analytics, enabling better, faster business decisions that drive profitable growth.
Maintain and drive adoption of a standard suite of business, managerial and governance reporting to leverage the full potential of the MS PowerBI platform.
Building data literacy and a data driven culture for market leading performance and competitive advantage
Support organizational change management initiatives to ensure Commercial Team utilization of BI system to improve business performance.
Working Relationships & Environment.
This position will establish and grow relationships across all departments of the Commercial Team (Sales, Trade Investment, Marketing and Sales Operations), as well as IT, Finance, Customer Service and Demand Planning.
