Required
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
- B.A. or B.S in education, behavioral sciences or related field
- Bi-lingual speaker, experience working with Somali families
- Ability to inspire and motivate students
- Effective communication skills
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Ability to utilize technology in learning opportunities
- Ability to maintain professional composure while dealing with a variety of personalities and situations
