Who we are:
Launched in February 2020, Edlink takes on some of the toughest problems in educational technology. We help turn bad data into good data to make it fast and easy for learning platforms to integrate with school data systems. Today, we work behind the scenes to help close to 60 million people at 5,000 school districts get into the apps they use and use those apps to their fullest potential.

What you'll do in People Operations at Edlink:
Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist (People Operations) to lead and manage our full-cycle recruitment process, employee benefits administration, and other HR functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring our HR operations run smoothly, supporting our team, and contributing to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring pipeline, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Talent Acquisition: Proactively headhunt and engage potential candidates to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits through our benefits provider, ensuring accurate enrollment and addressing employee inquiries.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- HR Compliance: Work with our HR attorney and management team to ensure all HR activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Performance Management: Assist in the iteration of performance evaluation processes.
- HR Policy Development: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Training and Development: Coordinate employee training programs to support professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of HR or recruiting, or sales experience, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building relationships.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing records and processes.
