General Role Description
Responsible for supporting the daily operations, systems administration, and end-user services within the organization’s IT environment. This role includes providing technical assistance to staff and student families, maintaining core IT systems, and contributing to cybersecurity awareness and CRM support. This is a hybrid position requiring the ability to work onsite as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Systems Support
- Assist in the daily maintenance and support of IT systems and infrastructure, including device setup, system troubleshooting, and account provisioning
- Perform SharePoint content management and basic administration within Microsoft 365
- Support cross-functional users with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and related collaboration tools
- Provide technical assistance for Adobe Creative Cloud applications used by the Product Design team
- Help ensure seamless use of Google Workspace tools across departments
End-User Support & Service Delivery
- Provide first-level support for IT-related issues for both internal employees and student families
- Respond to service desk tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and escalate complex problems as needed
- Maintain and update IT documentation, user instructions, and support guides
Cybersecurity & AI Tools
- Support organization-wide phishing awareness and cybersecurity training initiatives
- Assist with endpoint protection monitoring and follow-up on flagged issues
- Contribute to identifying and testing AI tools that may enhance IT processes or service delivery
- Work with website contractor(s) to ensure websites are secure and have proper backups with disaster recovery options available.
Call Center & CRM Support
- Provide technical support for the internal call center, including workstation setup and troubleshooting
- Assist with user support and minor troubleshooting within HubSpot CRM, coordinating with Sales and Marketing as necessary
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to support new initiatives and ongoing IT projects
- Participate in the rollout of new tools or platforms, including testing and documentation
- All other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT support or systems administration (required)
- Administrative experience with Microsoft 365 suite, particularly SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive (required)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (preferred)
- Exposure to HubSpot CRM and Google Workspace (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and phishing training platforms (required)
- Awareness or hands-on experience with AI tools or automation platforms in IT environments (preferred)
- Experience with WordPress/WooCommerce (preferred)
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
