What are the responsibilities and job description for the VIP Driver (Bilingual English/ Spanish) position at EDS Service Solutions?
EDS is partnering up with the transportation sector in your city! Wash and Driver cars at our Orlando Service Center!
Drive & Prep our brand new Rivian vehicles!!
What You'll Do :
- Drive cars to deliver or pick up units from various locations in a timely and safe manner.
- Wash and clean interior and exterior cars to ensure they are in pristine condition for delivery.
- Performing final inspections to ensure they meet company standards & ensuring all necessary documentation and accessories are included with the vehicle.
- Move and organize vehicles within the lot to maintain an orderly arrangement.
- Transport Parts / Supplies between service centers or to other designated locations. Ensure parts are handled with care and delivered promptly.
- Interact with customers to deliver vehicles or parts, ensuring a positive customer experience. Provide basic information and assistance as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while driving and handling vehicles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the system
- Ensure customer experience is best-in-class : authentic, engaging, educational and aligned with our values and culture
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the lot and during deliveries. Update logs and reports as required by the service center management.
- Take on additional projects, duties and assignments as required and / or by request from the field leadership
Pay Rate : $15 / hr
