Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a Desktop Support Analyst to its team. This role will work onsite in Houston, TX and works Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This is a 3-month contract role that pays $30.95 per hour. The ideal candidate will have prior enterprise experience providing technical support to internal users. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will provide research and analysis support to the Digital & Technology department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support for a wide range of end users, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues
- Respond to and manage support tickets using ticketing systems
- Deliver front-facing customer service with a focus on professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain and support office technology and hardware
- Offer Level 1 and Level 2 software support in an enterprise environment
- Perform backend office support for Microsoft Office Suite
- Utilize Microsoft Intune for device management and deployment
- Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory
- Support remote users with troubleshooting and remote management tools
- Handle incident and request management in line with ITIL or similar frameworks
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in enterprise-level desktop support, including 2nd level support OR 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience with:
Microsoft Intune
Microsoft Office Suite
Ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)
Active Directory
