Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a Workplace Experience Coordinator to its team. This role will work onsite in Huntsville, AL and works Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This is a 3-month contract-to-hire role that pays $24.80 per hour. The key to this role is prior experience in a customer facing role. Upon conversion this role offers increased compensation,an annual bonus plan, and a strong benefit package.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, issue passes, and follow security protocols.
- Answer calls professionally and create presentations.
- Arrange and confirm activities for requestors.
- Manage maintenance requests and workplace services.
- Address inquiries and provide customer-focused solutions.
- Organize and oversee on-site events.
- Follow security and emergency procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors for workplace services.
- Communicate complex information and follow manager directives.
- Perform defined tasks using standard procedures with limited discretion.
Required Skills:
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
