We are seeking a motivated and passionate College Access Specialist to join our team!
What you’ll do!
The College Access Specialist provides support to the daily activities of the College Access Program for EducationQuest Foundation. This individual will help develop and facilitate programming to expose and prepare students for college exploration, college planning, and career planning, starting as early as 6th grade! The primary purpose of the program is to provide early college access information through our Look2College and KnowHow2GO programs to middle school students (grades 6-8), school counselors, other educators, and families.

What you’ll need!
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, four-year college or university is required.
- Two years of related experience and/or training in middle school education, or working with youth (e.g., in education, religious organizations, or with high-risk youth) is highly preferred.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, effective with both middle school students and school professionals.
- Impeccable attention to detail paired with project management experience and strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, including planning, prioritizing, and maintaining scheduling and event calendars.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Remarkable collaboration skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and build relationships.
- Ability to provide personal transportation and maintain automotive insurance.
- Successful completion of a background check is required.
