- Should have 10 years of experience in Desktop Support.
- Diagnose, patch, and deploy desktop systems, mobile devices, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Provide effective and professional communication with a diverse range of customers, including executives.
- Lead and implement IT Service Management (ITSM) improvement initiatives using ITIL and industry best practices.
- Prioritize and execute tasks with strong attention to detail in a self-motivated manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure and service delivery.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve IT operations.
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and protocols while managing system updates.
- Certifications such as ITIL 4 Foundation, CompTIA A , or PMP are highly desirable.
