About the Role:
- Lead the development of a comprehensive strategic sourcing roadmap, including defined commodity strategies, supplier onboarding, management, and exit.
- Drive constant cost/supply chain improvement of products within your responsibility, with a focus on identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency and reduced costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Quality, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales, to ensure seamless execution of procurement activities.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supplier performance and supply chain metrics.
