Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Process, organize, and file physical documents daily.
- Record title documents with applicable County and State offices.
- File title documents with agencies such as the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Texas General Land Office, Oklahoma Commissioners of the Land Office, and North Dakota Department of Trust Land.
