Overview : Provide essential help desk support across all business units, with a special focus on the trading desk and related systems. This position requires working with modern technology, particularly in Windows system administration and systems support, in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide on-site support in New York and remote assistance to other locations.
- Support trading, operations, and accounting systems for the firm.
- Administer Active Directory, O365, and other SaaS platforms.
- Support trading applications and systems, such as Charles River, Bloomberg, EMSX, FIX, REDI, and ITG Triton.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure high-quality service for end users.
- Improve help desk efficiency and maintain high system performance standards.
- Provide off-hours / weekend support as needed.
- Work to minimize system errors and ensure optimal system functionality.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards within the IT organization.
- Continuously improve IT processes and procedures for accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage and resolve tickets within the Jira Helpdesk queue in a timely manner.
