This position is based in Austin and is a M-F in-office position
Compensation :
70,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Design and launch dynamic Social Media campaigns at a company and in our local markets.
Become the expert on our CRM tool and coach Loan Officers to implement CRM campaigns.
Create flyers and educational seminars using graphic design and video editing skills that our Loan Officers can use.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, including ROI and key performance metrics.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
Qualifications :
5 years of Social Media Marketing experience with advanced expertise with how to design, launch, and optimize campaigns through analytics
3 years with graphic and video editing design experience. Ability to create flyers and edit videos
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
US work authorization
