Position Summary:
We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at EG America. EG America is a leading convenience store operator with nearly 1,600 company owned and operated locations across the United States. EG America’s corporate support center is located in Westborough, MA.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Recruiting Operations Supervisor and our Talent Acquisition team to drive success against department and company goals. Your focus on maintaining top-notch customer service for candidates and Hiring Managers will be instrumental as we scale and grow. Additionally, you will provide valuable insights through reporting on applicant volume and market analytics, empowering our Recruiters and Operations Managers to make more strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and coordinate candidate pipeline.
2. Conduct pre-employment checks as needed
3. Provide additional support to recruiters where necessary.
4. Provide prompt communication with candidates and managers.
5. Assist with additional ad hoc projects such as updating social media pages, blog posts, and running weekly and monthly reports for Talent Acquisition leadership
6. Assist with administration of our Applicant tracking system (opening closing reqs, giving user access)
Working Relationships:
The Recruiting Coordinator works daily with members of the Talent Acquisition Team. The Recruiting Coordinator will also partner daily with other areas of HR (ie: training, compensation, benefits, business partnership, operations) as well as hiring managers/customers across the Company.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Experience: 1 years of staffing experience
Experience working with an ATS and other HR technology/software/systems
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Preferred Experience: 1-3 years of staffing or retail recruiting experience.
Experience working with multiple applicant tracking/hr systems
Advanced in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Soft Skills:
· Customer Service skills/experience required; excellent relationship building skills
· Proven ability to work well under pressure or in a fast paced environment, juggle multiple (often competing) priorities, and ability to push back with professionalism
· Excellent listening and communication skills (verbal and written); analytical and naturally inquisitive
· Ability to problem solve, facilitate, and partner; a positive, can-do approach to the work
· Willing to take the initiative or suggest creative solutions
· Sound judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality
Hours & Conditions: Monday – Friday 8 hour day in office setting
Ability to maneuver and regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
