Service Specialist Description

Service Specialist Responsibilities
• Create accurate and detailed service estimates based on technician recommendations
• Identify and upsell opportunities to improve equipment efficiency
• Present repair quotes to customers
• Follow up to secure customer approvals
• Collaborate with customers to provide cost-effective solutions
• Ensure timely repair execution
• Maintain clear records of customer communications, quotes, and approvals
• Address customer questions
• Monitor repair progress to ensure timely completion
• Stay informed on industry trends and continuously improve the quoting process
Service Specialist Qualifications
• 2 years of service or sales support experience required
• Field or home services industry (HVAC, Power, and Home Appliances, etc.) experience required
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) required
• Ability to work onsite in Milbury, MA required
