Head of Medical Affairs, North America (Executive Director level)
As the Head of Medical Affairs North America , you will lead and manage the Medical Affairs strategy and operations to support medical studies, KOL engagement, and commercial launch. You'll provide leadership in executing North American medical affairs activities, advancing understanding of relevant diseases and Egetis Therapeutics products. Your responsibilities include building and overseeing the North American Medical Affairs team, contributing to the overall US and Canada strategy as a key member of the North American leadership teams, and reporting to the President of North America.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Team Leadership
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive North America Medical Affairs plans, aligning activities such as Early Access Program management, Medical Communication Platform, Medical Advisory Boards, Educational Programs, Training and Conferences.
- Build an engaged and collaborative US Medical Affairs team by recruiting, training, and providing leadership to field-based to the Regional Medical Affairs team.
- Ensure field-based medical teams have well-defined objectives, performance metrics, and collaborative, compliant relationships with other internal functions.
