EHC is currently looking for an E-Commerce Onboarding Specialist for a client in the south Houston, TX area.
Job Summary:
The client is looking for an E-Commerce Onboarding Specialist to drive e-commerce sales across the U.S. through increasing registration and adoption of the platform. This role will focus on increasing sales through introducing our customers to the platform, guiding them through account activation and helping them adopt the client application using various strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with E-Comm Director to identify and pursue targeted lists of customers in various territories across the U.S.
- Coordinate with Business Development and Sales Teams to organize customer visits
- Selling customers on the client application and its benefits, including guiding them through the registration process to their first order
- Meet sales targets through new customer acquisition and increased platform usage
- Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up systems, including phone and email
- Implement retention and win-back strategies to grow customer engagement
- Provide in-person training and support to ensure customers adopt and use the platform
- Track and report performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial sectors
- Strong use of technology, including web apps, MS Excel and e-commerce
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel up to 40% across the U.S.
- Self-motivated and results oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the PVF industry or similar
- Experience driving growth and managing SMB accounts
