CIGAR BAR MANAGER - GM UP TO $100k

We are a modern cigar store, premium bar and lounge with TOP quality cigars and regular events. Ours is a “feel-at-home place” to gather with friends and fellow cigar enthusiasts, with premium events and happenings!

Today, we have 24 locations nationwide, and are still expanding in markets including South Florida, Texas, and DC!
We are looking for managers to join our MIT Program. How does it work?

You join our Tampa training location as an MIT at $70K ($60K plus Bonus).
Once you are done with training and a store becomes available, you move into the GM role. ($90-$110K depending on location!)

Qualifications/Skills:
 One plus years of retail or hospitality management experience.
 Deep knowledge of retail and/or hospitality business
 Ability to work a flexible schedule (night, weekends, holidays)
 Previous experience with successfully coaching and developing others
 Ability to relocate within the Portfolio of store locations
