We are so excited to be expanding our HR team due to the incredible growth our company has had! We are looking to bring on a Human Resources Assistant to help provide support in all human resources functions. The ideal candidate for this role will maintain an uncompromising commitment to operational excellence and execution.
Responsibilities include:
· Assists with the management of the employee life cycle: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding
· Enters data and ensures accuracy in various HR systems including our HRIS (Paycom)
· Interpreting, answering, and implementing employee inquiries related to HR policies and/or procedures
· Ensures HR compliance for key items
· Completes necessary reporting for employment verifications, unemployment and workers compensation, EEO and other HR compliance
· Assists with HR projects company wide as required
· Office administrative duties for live HR documents
Position entails a 40 hour a week commitment, 8:00am-4:30pm- Monday through Friday. This position will be hybrid, and candidate must be willing to travel to the corporate office in Plymouth, MA 3 days a week. Ideally this individual will be interested in growth and helping to support our growing HR department. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- One year of previous administrative experience preferred
- Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through is a must; performs tasks with high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
- Must perform well under pressure, take initiative, and handle multiple tasks at the same time
Salary : $21 - $24
