We are so excited to be expanding our HR team due to the incredible growth our company has had! We are looking to bring on a Human Resources Assistant to help provide support in all human resources functions. The ideal candidate for this role will maintain an uncompromising commitment to operational excellence and execution.
Responsibilities include:
Assists with the management of the employee life cycle: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding
Enters data and ensures accuracy in various HR systems including our HRIS (Paycom)
Interpreting, answering, and implementing employee inquiries related to HR policies and/or procedures
Ensures HR compliance for key items
Completes necessary reporting for employment verifications, unemployment and workers compensation, EEO and other HR compliance
Assists with HR projects company wide as required
Office administrative duties for live HR documents
Position entails a 40 hour a week commitment, 8:00am-4:30pm- Monday through Friday. This position will be hybrid, and candidate must be willing to travel to the corporate office in Plymouth, MA 3 days a week. Ideally this individual will be interested in growth and helping to support our growing HR department. Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- One year of previous administrative experience preferred
- Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through is a must; performs tasks with high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
- Must perform well under pressure, take initiative, and handle multiple tasks at the same time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
