Here at LearnWell, we’ve dedicated ourselves to making a life-changing impact on the 10 million students currently in the U.S. who live with some type of behavioral health need (depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, eating disorder, substance use).
For over 25 years, we have provided on-site instructional services within the hospital setting, helping students to continue their academic progress during treatment and successfully reenter the classroom. We have continued to grow and support several clinical and educational business lines under iLearn, Metta Psychiatry, and Comprehensive Counseling.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Full cycle recruitment working closely with hiring managers to fill open vacancies. Many of these hires will be teachers in our hospital partnerships and 1099 contractors for our counseling services.
- Work collaboratively with the HR, Academic, and Counseling team to ensure our teachers and clinicians have a successful onboarding experience
- Innovates and works to build our growing network in the education and healthcare/behavioral health industry
- Contributes to the development of our branding, marketing content, and social media outreach
- Contributes to the improvement of our recruitment and onboarding procedures
- Contributes to the overall development and strategic planning for our talent development
Qualifications
- 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
- Experience recruiting within the education or healthcare industry preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Ability to work under high pressure situations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- High energy and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working 100% remote
- May need to come into the office for meetings as needed (we have a yearly meeting in person)
Position entails a 40 hour a week commitment, 8:00am-4:30pm- Monday through Friday. Salary consists of a base and annual bonus based on objectives.
