Responsibilities

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close new business through needs assessments and customized solutions.

Generate new business by networking, referrals, and outbound marketing with partners such as real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and auto dealers.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and solutions.

Understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.

Manage and update client information in the agency management system.

Consistently achieve high sales targets and exceed performance goals.

Requirements

Must hold a valid Insurance Producer's license in Property & Casualty and Life & Health from the State of Texas.

2 years of prior sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.

3 years of customer service experience.

Proven ability to consistently exceed defined sales goals and close sales.

Comfortable making outbound calls, including cold calls, in a positive and enthusiastic manner.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Resilient, coachable, and resourceful with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening.

Ability to multitask and succeed in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Salary : $45,000 - $100,000
