What You’ll Do:
- Recruit: Identify and screen candidates for key positions like Recruiters and Sales Account Executives.
- Engage: Sell the Eight Eleven opportunity by conducting phone interviews and attending university events.
- Drive Success: Manage multiple priorities, coordinate interviews, and build a strong pipeline of candidates.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field. Recruiting experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. Outgoing with a knack for building relationships.
- Location: Must live in the Indianapolis area. Occasional travel for recruitment events.
