Junior Compliance Analyst

The Compliance Team at Eight Eleven Group is essential to maintaining regulatory standards, supporting company policies, and assisting with contract compliance to facilitate smooth client operations. We are a small team in an exciting rebuilding phase, aiming to strengthen our foundational processes and expand our capabilities. Although the Junior Compliance Analyst will directly report to the Manager of Contracts and Compliance, they will work closely with and dotted line report to the Lead Compliance Analyst. The Lead Compliance Analyst will act as the Compliance Team’s primary point of contact and coordinate daily activities and initiatives for the team. Junior Compliance Analyst responsibilities will include:
- Answer support related questions directed towards the Compliance team via Zendesk
- Reviewing RFPs for compliance requirements and understanding our capabilities to meet said requirements
- Working alongside the Contracts Team in their review of compliance requirements in our master agreements
- Answer insurnace related questions
- Acting as management representative for ISO 9001 Certification for Brooksource
- Project work as assigned to you by your lead and/or manager
- Researching, reviewing and communicating compliance requirements as requested
- Maintenance and continuous updates to the Compliance resource library
- Perform any audits required to maintain active certifications and licensure
- Respond to personnel records requests as requested by local, county and state governing bodies
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field
- 1-3 years experience working in the staffing industry and/or a high volume work environment, capable of working fast paced
- 1-3 years experience providing support to internal stakeholders
- 1-3 years experience in project management
- 1-3 years of compliance experience in any capacity is preferred
Salary : $57,000 - $61,000
