House Manager- Part Time

Daily Responsibilities

• Develops strong, mutually respectful relationships with residents, community, and other staff members

• Protects the rights and dignity of all residents

• Attends to residents' mental health needs

• Monitor residents' performance and implements additional learning support when necessary

• Attends to residents' personal safety

• Leads residents on activities in and out of the home

• Document resident incidents and give reports to Wellness Supervisor in timely manner

• Teaches residents to exhibit behaviors and values deemed appropriate for a member of the community

Responsibilities of Resident's Direct Care

• Prepares meals in accordance with established menus provided by the Chef

• Provides laundry services for the residents

• Responsible for managing, maintaining, cleaning and securing the resident home facility

• Ensures that residents are properly bathing and brushing their teeth

• Teaches residents healthy lifestyles

• Observe medications daily for residents

Logistics

• Chaperones resident group outings

• Maintain the House Manager Office

• Complete House Manager checklist during shift

• Responsible intake of donations; in-kind receipts

• Assist with inventory control

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.50 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
