We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead and execute our marketing initiatives. This individual will play a key role in shaping the company’s brand, managing internal and external communications, and driving growth through targeted marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in the technology industry, a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, and the ability to collaborate across departments to support eimagine’s business goals. This position is located in our Indianapolis, IN office.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with eimagine’s business objectives and growth targets.
- Overseeing all aspects of digital marketing, including managing website content, social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
- Leading the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and presentations to effectively communicate the value of eimagine’s services.
- Collaborating with sales and business development teams to create lead generation and nurturing campaigns that drive new business opportunities.
- Manage and optimize the company’s brand identity to ensure consistency across all channels and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, leveraging data and metrics to continuously improve performance.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a small team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments to ensure that eimagine remains competitive in the marketplace.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 7 years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
- Demonstrated expertise in the technology sector, particularly in IT and business consulting or a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation tools, and content management systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, etc.).
- Proficient in project leadership, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
- Innovative thinker with a strategic mindset and a drive for achieving results with urgency.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required (Master’s degree preferred).
