Job Description: IT Hands and Feet Support- Compute, Storage, and NW
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated IT hands-on support professional to provide on-site technical assistance for compute, storage, and network systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining various IT equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical installation and configuration of IT equipment including servers, storage devices, and networking components.
- Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks such as firmware updates and hardware replacements.
- Coordinate with vendors and other IT teams to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
- Document all activities and maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets.
- Adhere to security best practices and protocols in all IT operations.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support with a focus on compute, storage, and networking technologies.
- Strong knowledge of data center operations and best practices.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with network protocols, server hardware, and storage technologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Network , Cisco CCNA) a plus.
Education:
A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
