Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Gather all parts, tools, and materials needed for the assembly process.
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Troubleshoot problems with assemblies and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Document production and assembly processes as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
