The HR Assistant will support the recruiting process and perform various administrative duties related to human resources. This role will also assist with additional HR projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Review and forward job applications to managers using the applicant tracking system.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide support to Spanish-speaking employees with paperwork and other HR-related tasks.
- Track and maintain company training records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or HR.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in navigating data systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Working hours: 8:30AM-5:00PM
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
