Job Summary
The Clinical Manager has 24 / 7 responsibility for managing nursing and technologist practice and operations in assigned units. This includes supply chain management, clinical nursing practice, staff recruitment, labor relations, education, employee performance evaluation, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage supply chain and budget, clinical nursing practice, staff recruitment, retention, labor relations, education, employee performance evaluation, quality improvement, and internal / external regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with multiple professionals to support patient care provision and management
- Work closely with clinical Directors, physicians, and staff to maintain high standards of patient care and responsiveness to patient / family needs
- Create and empower teams to drive change that improves clinical, operational, and financial performance
