Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities using tools such as Trello to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Conduct requirements analysis to identify stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Oversee program development and implementation while adhering to quality management standards.
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen to enhance project processes.
- Manage scope changes effectively, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
- Supervise team members, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of progress and challenges.
- Monitor project performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in project management, constructions, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of project management experience
- PMP certification preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
