Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team supporting the nursing department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills. This position will involve a variety of administrative tasks (nursing scheduler and clerical assistance to the scheduling department) for a fast paced home health agency in order to drive company success. Work schedule is Monday - Friday, full benefits package including medical, dental vision, life and other supplemental insurance options, vacation, PTO, 401(k) and profit sharing.
Responsibilities:
- Creation of weekly nursing schedule
- triage of daily nursing schedule changes
- Answer inbound telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Clerical assistance for caregiver Scheduling dept
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields required
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
