Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Caregiver Manager role. The Caregiver Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the caregiver team, coordinating schedules, providing training and support to caregivers, and ensuring high-quality care delivery to clients
Qualifications
- Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
- Experience in caregiver supervision and training
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Ability to handle complex situations and problem-solve effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
- Background in healthcare or social work is a plus
CNA or nurse preferred.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-430p, oncall as needed
Job Type: Full-time
