Overview:
Under the supervision of the Transportation Coordinator, the Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of PACE participants. Including transport of participants, meals, durable medical equipment, pharmacy, and any other transportation as deemed necessary.

Transport of participants, meals, durable medical equipment, pharmacy, and any other transportation as deemed necessary.
Responsible for overall cleanliness and safety of the vehicle assigned on a daily basis.
Responsible for communicating any safety issue to the Transportation Coordinator.
Experience:
Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
Must be able to meet EveryAge's auto insurance carrier's standards for coverage.
Have a minimum of one years experience in working with the frail elderly.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Valid North Carolina Drivers License. Successful completion of defensive driving course within four (4) months of hire required, Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
