Role Summary:
- As a growing company, EDS is looking to add to our HR team. This position will be
shaping and maintaining a positive and compliant work environment, ensuring that our
staff have the support they need while adhering to regulatory requirements as well as
assisting in creating, implementing, and maintaining organizational improvement projects.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and improve documentation related to the HR function, including policy

- Oversee and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement
- Oversee and manage workers compensation claims and ensure the agency is compliant with
- Provide insights based on HR data trends and make recommendations for process
- Collaborate with management to resolve employee conflicts, offering guidance and

- Support management in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees to maintain
- Possess strong Oregon compliance and payroll experience.

Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old (Required)
- Valid Oregon driver’s license (Preferred)
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
- Must have comprehensive knowledge in using ADP Workforce Now, including setup and
