Job Summary:
We are a family-owned electrical contractor seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Customer Service Representative. This role plays a vital part in maximizing efficiency by handling customer service requests, coordinating with field team members, and managing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer requests via phone, social platforms, and messaging services.
- Enter customers, create jobs, and schedule service calls using ServiceTitan.
- Manage the CEO's email, including organizing, responding, and maintaining correspondence.
- Coordinate multiple calendars and build templates to streamline operations.
- Provide ad-hoc support around the office as needed.
- Support special projects, such as marketing, apparel, sales, and research initiatives.
- Assist with payroll and timekeeping processes for field employees.
- Purchase office supplies and coordinate events.
- Maintain and organize the Company Handbook.
- Develop and implement templates to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with construction industry terminology, particularly electrical contracting, is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams, as well as calendar management skills.
