Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated to person to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, recruiting, and retaining top talent while contributing to building a positive work environment that enhances employee engagement and long-term retention. DUTIES:
- Develops and implements innovative strategies to attract top talent from various roles within the organization.
- Manage relationships with external staffing agencies, recruiters, and universities to create a diverse candidate pipeline
- Sources candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job postings.
- Conducts initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinates and schedules interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Prepares and delivers onboarding materials, including employment documents, company policies, and training resources.
- Ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Facilitates a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and equipped for success.
- Serves as a point of contact for new employees, addressing any questions or concerns during their transition.
- Partners with department leaders to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the team.
- Lead company’s Culturenauts program
- Plan and coordinate Employee/Company events
- Provide employee relations support to all departments
- Drive employee engagement across all departments
- Develops and implements employee retention strategies to reduce turnover and enhance engagement.
- Conducts stay interviews and exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborates with leadership to create career development plans and opportunities for growth.
- Monitors employee satisfaction and works to resolve concerns that may impact retention.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a recruiting or HR environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in maintaining professional communication standards.
- Excellent computer literacy office management software.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality throughout the hiring process.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Education and/or Experience – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, two or more years’ experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Language Skills – Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents. Ability to effectively present information to management and employees. Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with supervisors, candidates, clients, staff, etc.
Mathematical Skills – Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Computer Skills – To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. This role requires an above-average knowledge of Microsoft Office. Familiarity with applicant tracking (ATS) and HR software preferred.
Other Qualifications – Certification in HR or recruitment preferred (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
The position is office-based. Occasional travel may be required for recruitment, events or conferences.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
