Job Summary
Electronic Locksmith is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Field Services Team in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Ensure that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
- Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Work with the Field Services Team to eliminate blockers.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Prepare project proposals/quotes, timeframes, schedule, and budget.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-3 years proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project).
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
