What You'll Do:
- Complete our extensive sales training which includes product knowledge, over-the-phone sales techniques, and mastering our lead management system.
- Increase profit by closing inbound calls and web leads utilizing our proven sales techniques.
- Consistently exceeding sales goals and meeting quality assurance requirements.
- Deliver a positive customer experience by educating business owners on the features and benefits of the products and services we provide, responding to questions and overcoming objections, and accurately updating our lead management system.
What It Takes To Rock This Role:
- A college degree or previous sales experience is required.
- A competitive drive to be successful and be at the top of our sales board.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Assertive, goal-oriented, positive, and highly motivated team player.
- Desire to work in a fun, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills.
- Bilingual: able to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently
This is an in-office position. Pay includes base salary only.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to California and Ohio. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
