Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will work alongside Customer Relationship Managers and National/Global Account Executives and report directly to the Executive President of Operations & Sales. The Business Development Manager’s responsibilities include identifying qualified leads and brings them into the top of the sales funnel by conducting initial outreach, nurturing leads, and the transition of leads to account executives. BDMs will also be asked to close contracts with a total projected annualized volume of <$15k.
Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:

· Prepare and present Quarterly Business Review’s (QBRs)
· Lead generation & qualification
· Work w/ National Account Executives (EAS) to convert Opportunities to Clients
· Close contracts < $15k
· Schedule meetings for NAEs
· Maintain and manage Customer Relationship Management software
· Targeted outbound demand generation
· Execute on various outbound lead generation campaigns via email & calling
· Engage and qualify responses
· Schedule qualified meetings for GAE/NAEs
· Assist designated marketing-driven campaigns, including consistent campaign reporting
· Achieve Key performance indicators.
· Be a thought leader to create new strategies as the AM/ITAD and Retail E-waste industries evolve.
· Lead qualification and handoff process to Sales
· Qualification of inbound leads (email, events, web forms, etc.)
· Qualification of some partner referred leads
· Can handle closing smaller Accounts and Opportunities with deal size < $15k
· Maintain accurate records, logging interactions, and activities as you engage with prospects and customers
· Data cleanup, reporting, and analysis
Be a team player and willing to wear multiple hats to support the needs of a dynamic, rapidly growing company
Minimum Qualifications:
· 5 years of relevant sales experience
· Greater Fresno Metro-based
· BA degree in business, marketing or other relevant major required
Required Abilities, Knowledge, and Skills:
· Ability to us Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
· Strong verbal and communication skills
· Adaptable, team-player, support-role satisfaction
· Ability to learn and develop in-depth knowledge in proprietary software and systems (CRM)
· Ability to meet deadlines
· Ability to travel (25%)
