Your Role:
As a Front Desk Associate/Night Auditor, you’ll have a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, both during overnight and day shifts. From conducting nightly audits to providing exceptional guest service during check-ins and check-outs, your attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction will help maintain the high standards that our guests expect.
What You’ll Do:
- Nightly Audits: Perform nightly audits to reconcile hotel transactions and ensure financial accuracy, helping us maintain smooth operations.
- Guest Service: Welcome guests during check-ins and check-outs, whether it’s in the late-night hours or daytime, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient experience.
- Guest Relations: Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, ensuring every guest interaction is positive and memorable.
- Security & Safety: Monitor hotel security and safety protocols during both shifts to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
- Daily Reports: Prepare and distribute daily reports on hotel activities, occupancy, revenue, and any notable incidents for both shifts.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative duties to support smooth hotel operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel staff to address any issues or emergencies that arise, ensuring the hotel runs efficiently at all times.
This position includes overnight, night, and day shifts. Flexible availability is a must.
