Responsibilities
- Fabricate composite components according to specifications and engineering drawings.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and machinery for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
- Perform machining tasks as needed to achieve precise dimensions and finishes.
- Build and assemble structures using millwork techniques.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Operate forklifts for the movement of materials within the warehouse as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Composite Technician or in a similar role within manufacturing or construction.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and machinery relevant to composite fabrication.
- Familiarity with carpentry practices and millwork techniques is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
