Machine Operator
Overview:
We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of film making machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Duties:
- Operate and monitor films machines during production runs
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures
