Element2 has partnered with a well-established and expanding company located in Fall River, MA, to seek experienced and reliable Window & Door Installers. Join a team that values quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and safety on every job site.

Job Responsibilities:

• Read work orders and specifications to determine installation methods, materials, tools, and other requirements.
• Secure windows and doors to walls and openings following the Corporation’s installation guidelines and maintaining the company’s high-quality standards.
• Clean and maintain job sites post-installation to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
• Serve as a reputable representative of the company, effectively communicating with customers on-site.
• Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards, minimizing product damage and providing efficient installation services.
• Perform installation recovery work when necessary to correct any issues following initial installations.
• Adhere to company safety protocols, including maintaining a tidy work area, using required safety equipment, and promptly reporting safety concerns to the Installation Supervisor.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team objectives.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high sense of urgency.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and follow-through.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills: ability to subtract, multiply, and divide two-digit numbers and calculate proportions, percentages, and measurements (area, length, width, height, depth).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Prior experience in installation or construction is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Glass installation: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Fall River, MA 02720: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
