Job Responsibilities:
- Read work orders and specifications to determine installation methods, materials, tools, and other requirements.
- Secure windows and doors to walls and openings following Pella Corporation’s installation guidelines and maintaining the company’s high-quality standards.
- Clean and maintain job sites post-installation to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
- Serve as a reputable representative of Pella, effectively communicating with customers on-site.
- Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards, minimizing product damage and providing efficient installation services.
- Perform installation recovery work when necessary to correct any issues following initial installations.
- Adhere to company safety protocols, including maintaining a tidy work area, using required safety equipment, and promptly reporting safety concerns to the Installation Supervisor.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team objectives.

- Basic math skills: ability to subtract, multiply, and divide two-digit numbers and calculate proportions, percentages, and measurements (area, length, width, height, depth).
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Prior experience in installation or construction is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
