Director of Quality Management - Glenn Metalcraft

You’ll be the backbone, ensuring our Quality Management System (QMS) harmonizes with production standards and meets all our clients' needs. This senior leadership role extends to managing, coordinating, and evaluating an entire department of skilled technicians and inspectors.

Imagine your day:

• Leading your team with purpose and energy to maintain high quality standards and accountability across the board.
• Continuously enhancing the QMS, ensuring every process aligns with ISO 9001 and surpasses both customer and regulatory benchmarks.
• Carrying out strategic quality initiatives, weaving objectives into broader company goals, and baking them into robust, measurable KPIs.
• Engaging deeply with audits to uncover insights into the effectiveness and reliability of existing systems.
• Collaborating with suppliers to ensure all quality documentation is flawless – first article inspections, testing, and beyond.

Your qualifications:

• Hold a degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, with a bright focus on Quality Management.
• At least a decade in quality management positions, mastering ISO 9001 standards and certification processes.
