What You'll Do:
- Inspire and manage a skilled team dedicated to quality assurance.
- Revise and enhance our Quality Management System, constantly pushing for greater compliance and understanding within the organization.
- Plan and execute strategies to meet various customer and regulatory quality demands.
- Oversee and improve audit functions, ensuring our operations are at the top of their game.
- Monitor and manage supplier quality, ensuring we only associate with the best.
- Direct testing and inspection procedures, maintaining seamless calibration and compliance.
- Facilitate corrective action plans, driving improvements and preventing future errors.
- Oversee fiscal responsibilities within the Quality Department.
Let's Talk Qualifications:
- 4-year degree in a related field preferred, with a focus on Quality Management.
- A decade of experience in quality management roles.
- Experience in managing ISO 9001 certification is essential.
Skills We Value:
- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools and manufacturing software.
- Familiarity with root cause and ISO methodologies.
- Skilled in managing quality measurement systems.
- Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines preferred.
