Summary Of Position -
The Executive Account Manager /FOC POD reports to the Director of Charter Operations/FOC POD and is responsible for managing the needs and operations of clients for the Outside Sales Team. Interaction with the operators, sales team, and clients, setting up logistics, irregular operations, and maintaining financials for all aspects of the trips.

The Executive Account Manager /FOC POD reports to the Director of Charter Operations/FOC POD and is responsible for managing the needs and operations of clients for the Outside Sales Team. Interaction with the operators, sales team, and clients, setting up logistics, irregular operations, and maintaining financials for all aspects of the trips.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities -
- Maintain the flight calendar, sending updates to the operators and sharing internally.
- Set up all logistics required for each customer.
- Perform coordination of services for contracted trips for clients, including communication with operators and vendors, and coordination of catering arrangements, transportation, and other services as required.
- Facilitate communication and assist with the processing of paperwork between ground transportation companies, destination management companies, hotels, resorts, and clients.
- Arrange airport procedures, including customs and immigration, vehicle ramp access, and landing requirements.
- Create Trip-coordination, trip briefs, manifests, and all associated paperwork.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team as necessary for trip requirements.
- Provide contingency planning and detailed flight tracking.
- Sourcing of aircraft options and preparing proposals and the positioning of options.
- Create and execute contingency plans for irregular operations.
- Negotiate pricing with vendors.
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to manage a varied list of duties and tasks.
- Grow company culture; act as an ambassador of the PJS brand.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, CRM software.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative / self-driven.
- Attention to detail, highly organized.
- High degree of confidentiality and discretion.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- May be assigned varied shifts including weekend and or evening hours.
- May be assigned either 5 x 9-hour workdays or 4 x 11-hour workdays per week with scheduled breaks totaling one hour per day
- May require work hours beyond 40 hours per week.
- Flexibility in scheduling shifts may be required to support the schedule as needed.
- FLSA Status: Full-time salary-exempt
- Lifting requirements - Up to 20 lbs.
