About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive/Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing inbound leads, conducting outbound outreach, and converting prospects into long-term customers. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base, increasing adoption of premium features, and supporting creators in building their businesses.
This is a high-impact role that requires strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and a performance-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Qualification: Engage, nurture, and close inbound leads while proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through calls, emails, and social channels.
- Outbound Outreach: Execute targeted outreach campaigns to prospective customers via cold calls, email sequences, and social media messaging.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, deeply understanding their goals and recommending tailored solutions within the FanBasis ecosystem.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress, and follow-ups using our CRM tools.
- Team Collaboration: Partner closely with the Growth team to continuously improve messaging, outreach strategies, and the overall sales process.
- Sales Optimization: Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to refine strategies, maximize conversion rates, and contribute to revenue growth.
Who You Are
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and cold prospecting
- Strong relationship-building and objection-handling skills
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Coachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Experience as a Closer in a high-ticket digital product or service environment
- Previous experience in roles such as Account Executive, Account Manager, or similar outbound sales position is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): Base salary commission (~$110K OTE)

- Must be based in Miami, FL (in-office, five days a week)
